Has anyone here had any success making a pizza, without a baking stone, that wasn't terrible?
I've got a bunch of dough left, and I just don't know what to do. It's always undercooked or burnt.
I've had success with Serious Eats' Neopolitan dough. Ten minutes on the highest oven temp and my pizza is done. I just put it on a normal baking pan.
I saw someone in a different thread putting the pizza on the bottom of the oven. Some of his pictures looked good but he said that he gets varying results.
