That is great. I especially like some while camping though you can really pack some for hiking without a hard container to keep the crackers in.
Also great with extra sharp white cheddar.
Would try OP's stuff too if I ever saw it here.

I took a log of summer sausage cold camping with me (no fire.) Just sliced it and ate it. GOAT camp food.

Wouldn't eat at home. Too much salt and fat. Amazing for /out/ though.
