It's not very difficult to make some decent queso that will taste 100x better than that trash

>cut the round in half
>cut one of your halves into cubes
>place cubes in a saucepan on low with a third of a cup of half and half
>melt slow and low until desired consistency is reached
>add in some roasted poblano, roasted jalapeno, canned green chiles, whatever
>top with some diced tomato

It's shit, but I love this stuff so much. You have to heat it up though. It's pretty gross when cold.

You'll have to add hot sauce, salsa, or chili on your own though, because the heat just isn't there.
