It's not very difficult to make some decent queso that will taste 100x better than that trash

>cut the round in half
>cut one of your halves into cubes
>place cubes in a saucepan on low with a third of a cup of half and half
>melt slow and low until desired consistency is reached
>add in some roasted poblano, roasted jalapeno, canned green chiles, whatever
