Sweet, sweet salmonella
That's usually how I eat my chicken. There's one piece in yours that is right at the borderline of too rare for me
>>7346430
That is why he ja/ck/.
>>7346433
Jacks was just straight undercooked. Not even questionable
>>7346434
alright. This is more KFC quality.
Kind of gross but probably won't actually make you sick. You can alays finish fried chicken in the oven if you're worried about the chicken not finishing before the coating, it also helps keep the chicken from drying out. If you put it on a slotted baking sheet or a wire cooling rack on top of a regular baking sheet it won't get soggy on the bottom.
Why am I replying to this thread
how do i avoid having them com out tough?
i pan fried some of them yesterday that i got for super cheap and they cooked well and looked juicy but were fucking firm and a little tough. i think it was cheap shit chicken or they were too thick or somethng but idk man, should i just ound them wuth the tenderizer before hand

Lower heat for longer.
>>7347742
You overcooked them. Chicken breast is very lean so there is a very fine line between cooked and overcooked.

>How do you like your chicken breast?
Sometimes I like it slightly undercooked...
...but that's rare
I usually have mine medium/medium well. I did a lot of research since I was super paranoid about dying, but it turns out to be not a big deal.
people usually get sick from chicken in the case of
a) some kind of stew
b) a processed product like nuggers
most people cook it long enough to sterilise the outside if it's a whole piece of meat in an oven
if it's ground or otherwise proessed though it's a different proposition
