I put some organic honey, cinnamon, and a little bit of milk
>>7339934
The three in my heavy rotation are:
2 pieces of bacon broken up and stirred in and an undercooked omelette on top.
OR
Dried fruit and a little bit of sugar (this week its cherries).
OR
A fresh tart apple cut into pieces with added cinnamon.
I bet you could make something tasty with added mushrooms, sausage and gouda.
None of these ideas are vetted for micro or macro nutrients. Good luck getting /fit/.

Hadn't thought of adding apple before
Peanut butter is seriously good in oatmeal. Plus it makes that shit more filling.
I make my oatmeal with milk, cinnamon and a tsp of vanilla extract.
Other things you can add: raisins, crazins any dried fruit, honey, maple syrup, peanut butter, nutella

/fit/ fag here
100g rolled oats
60g ground oats (blend rolled oats in blender)
Boiling water
Sweetener to taste
100g 0% greek yoghurt
70g egg whites
1 tsp bicarbonate of soda (baking soda)
125g raspberries
Preheat oven to 200C. Mix both oats, bicarb and sweetener together. Add water + greek yoghurt & mix. Add more water if there isn't enough (at least 250ml). Let to sit for 15 mins. Add egg whites and raspberries. Put in baking dish then put in oven for 25 - 30 mins.
Fucking delicious and packed full of protein

I like it with toasted walnuts, cinnamon and a couple drops of vanilla extract sprinkled on top.
All I eat is cream of wheat. Usually just add raisins and a splash of milk.
I'm on a really tight schedule in the morning, so I keep it simple. I do have some common variations.
I stir in a spoonful of peanut butter and honey.
It's a relatively mild flavoring, but it's enough to completely cover what little taste the oatmeal brings. Plus the peanut butter is a welcome boost of protein and beneficial fats.
If I happen to have it available, I'll use freeze-dried fruit and simply add it before cooking. I find that about a palm of whatever fruit I add will eliminate any need for additional sweeteners, but honey is always available if needed.
If I'm feeling really hungry, I'll use a bit of salt and black pepper, add in some butter and then top with a fried or poached egg.
You'd be surprised just how drastic of a change a bit of pepper and butter will make.
