It's called the "Sad Saturday"
>Everything (or poppyseed) bagel, toast it lightly.
>Put on crunchy peanut butter, toast some more to cause the peanut butter to seep into the bagel
>Top with toasted almonds and dried apricots, both sliced in thin strips
>Top with fresh, crispy bacon
>Grind on some extra chunky black pepper
>Fuse it all together with brute force and the power of peanut butter
>Cut in half
>Dip each bite in a hot mixture of 2/3 maple syrup, 1/3 cream.
