'bout 35% would be a comfortable ratio, with the chips being about 30%, and cheese being 20%, and the other stuff I mentioned making up the rest.

If you're going to make your nachos a meal and not a snack, make them a meal worth remembering as more than "beef, beans, and maybe like seven tortilla chips with cheese"
