Moldy Food Thread

I recently had some black berries get moldy. I wanted to eat them :(

>trying to find a trail mix i like because i suck at breakfast
>put one together
>it's pretty tasty
>bring it to work in a plastic container with a lid that has an okay seal
>put it in my locker
>it gets pushed to the back on the top shelf
>forget about it

>slow day an unfathomable amount of time later
>decide to clean locker
>find container
>what the fuck is this?
>it has become a worm metropolis
>bottom layer is all worms and trial mix bits
>top two thirds are a huge silk structure
>hundreds of worms wigglin around doin worm things
>no evidence that this was occurring
>no worms in locker
>no smell because dry trail mix

>tape it shut
>leave it out for other coworkers to marvel at
>someone finally gets grossed out and throws it away

Bugs love to live in nuts and cereals. I remember one time my dad opened a individual-sized package of oatmeal to find a small colony of beetles.
