from the studies done on the matter, flipping multiple times does ultimately result in a juicier product because its continuously being redistributed instead of having a chance to pool from gravity. however its not as though flipping once will ruin your steak or anything.
its actually much more important to not sear your meat until AFTER it has been cooked, searing it before hand doesn't "seal in the juices" that isnt how meat works you stupid classically trained french fucks!!! it actually causes a more rapid loss of moisture because it shocks the meat instead of bringing it to temp slowly.
