why does marmite taste exactly like velveeta?
since coming to this conclusion utilizing my superior American tastebuds, I find myself desiring it less and less.
I used to crave it. need it.
now its just cheese to me...
is vegemite better?

>why does marmite taste exactly like velveeta?
Because you have some horrible disease which has destroyed your ability to taste? That or someone has been doing something very fucking weird to your Velveeta.

The stuff sold in America is sweeter and not as sharp the British version.
They taste different in Australia and New Zealand too, they are made by different companies.
Vegemite, to me didn't have the same bite, as my marmite, but for all I know, our version might be different than what they have in Emuland. or Burgerland.

Nothing like cheese mate, if anything it tastes more like a sharp, salty, condensed, beef stock.

if it tasted like cheese i wouldn't bother eating it with cheese. which i do. so it doesn't.
