I assume you are American OP. Since the American cuisine is simpler than the superior European cuisine you are going to need way less tols and kitchen wares for your mise en place.
Here I'm going to give you a compressed list with all the essentials that any American is going to need:
>Scooter - Important, you will need this to travel to the nearest McDonalds
>Wallet - Not as important because you can always carry the money in your pocket.
>Scooter basket - Important as well, you are going to need this to carry the food back to your place
>Phone - You'll definitely need this when you have a heart attack
