I made and ate a delicious stew of chicken, sausage, a shit load of bell peppers, some onions and potatoes and lots of paprika and spice. Is there a name for this?

I have a block of parmesan that is very old and hard as a fucking rock, grating off 1/4 cup took me literally 12 minutes, how can I do this easier. food processor?

I haven't pooped since I ate my meat/pepper stew 12 hours ago, how fucked am I

1)Roast it with herbs and vegetables in a pan(potatoes/sweet potatoes). carve and serve with rice
>omit gravy or minimal gravy for /fit/ reasons
2) pick the carcass of meat and make chicken coleslaw(coleslaw plus cold shredded chicken) salad to eat over toast
3) make stock out of the bones, enjoy chicken soup or plain salted broth

I'm becoming concerned about my low salt intake and have decided that I should start adding salt to my basmati rice, any guidelines? How much should I use if I'm only cooking, say 50g of uncooked rice?
