Just judging from the threads here I assume most of you are overweight.
But I don't want to judge a book by its cover.
So please answer this poll
Just judging from the fact that you are OP I assume you're a faggot.
But I don't want to judge a book by its cover.
So please answer this poll.
I'm 5'9 117lbs, male btw
i could honestly eat a whole pizza, 20 pancakes and whatever >>7319741 is but i'm anorexic and starve myself to be skinny
usually i just eat either some salad + fruit, chicken, eggs or greek yogurt
its fun torturing myself looking at the delicious food tho
>its fun torturing myself looking at the delicious food tho
I'm 6'4 at 244lb and started cutting on 01.01 to be beach ready in April/May.
I know that feel of torture. My gf has some delicious ice cream in our freezer and I see it every time when I get some frozen veggies. Drives me insane
I was /fit/, then got super depressed and got obese, now the last year I've worked back to being normal. Now looking to get back some of my lost muscle mass and fitness. I work as a chef and will always love food, but most fat people are fat because they eat shit, not because they eat good food.
Don't worry about being overweight, it's probably genetic. There's no way common supermarket foods have been adulterated with proprietary phages that replicate in your gut and drive your cravings for certain kinds of patented foods. Remember, life finds a way, chaos theory or something.
>not cucking your digestive process to billion dollar corporations with military backing.
It wouldn't be /ck/ if we didn't have this thread every week....
Why is it such a surprise that this board is mostly normal weight people? /ck/ topics are common interests and most people here are younger than 30, so you should expect to find somewhat fewer overweight/obese people here than in an average sample of a western population. It's not like /tg/ where you'd expect to find heavier, sedentary people, or /n/ which is full of skinny cyclists - an interest in food might lead to obesity, but it might also be reflected in a desire for a healthy diet.
154-7 depending on water and food retention at the time, probablya bit under that if I get naked.
Ultimately, I ride my bike everywhere, and am pretty regular at making my own food, even if not all of it is healthy. so I'm able to maintain a better diet. I also rarely drink sugary drinks, further increasing the ability I have to shirk off calories. Water water water tea tea tee water tea water water water water coke water tea tea water water, milk water milk water.
thats about how i roll. only the milk and coke have calories.
the people I live with drop a good 1k calories on shit drinks.
If you are really fat you generally don't care about cooking and good food properly made any more.
You become a slave to the addiction and just eat processed garbage all day.
Plus you have no energy for cooking and can't stand to wait for the food to be cooked.
The only obese people who eat proper meals and good food have someone else to make it for them.
>Why is it such a surprise that this board is mostly normal weight people?
Because 90% of threads are about pizza, sweets and other unhealthy stuff. So I just assumed everyone here was fat.
A long-term project in Norway investigating the health effects of genetically modified foods has come to some startling conclusions regarding the role that GMOs play in the worldwide obesity epidemic. Over a period of 90 days, test rats were fed either food containing genetically modified corn or feed which did not contain GM corn. The scientists discovered that the rats fed a GMO corn diet had bigger appetites and grew fatter than those on the non-GMO diet. It was also found that rats fed a diet of fish raised on GMO corn had a similar result -- increased weight gain.
Now fat people have a new excuse, multinational conglomerates creating a new class of nutrient-free franken-food that drives cravings for more and more of their special product.
Fat people always have an excuse.
>It's muh genes
>Too expensive to eat healthy
>multinational conspiracy trying to destroy natural gut flora and take over the world via unlabeled GMO foods.
what will these lazy poor people come up with next?
I'm definitely slightly overweight. Wanna know why? It's because I eat bad and I'm an alcoholic. Nothing else.
The people with those gene issues don't encounter 4chan, they encounter counselors because it's a real problem.
6'0 235lbs reporting in; fat fuck but conscious of it at least, and I've lost 60+ lbs already because I actually started to care. Not gonna lose too much more though; gf is a bit of a chubby chaser and she wants to keep her bear. Plan on starting on weights though to go burly mode since I have the frame for it.
I would never eat that shit in the OP, not even when I was pushing 300lbs. It looks sickening. My kryptonite was always savory fats like pizza and whatnot. And I can eat pasta like a fucking boss.
Try Arctic Zero - it is an ice cream that is 150 cals/pint. If you can stand the taste of diet drinks and Splenda, you might actually find it fairly enjoyable. My favorite flavor is Cookie Shake. The only downside (besides diet taste) is that it's $5/pint.
1.60m for 47 kg. Eating "good food" helps a lot. I've been to Ireland for a year and eating like my Irish friends got me 10 kilo of fat. When i came back home (france) i lost all of it just by eating what i used to eat (meat, fish, vegetable, fruits)... Overthere vegetable and fruits were too expensive.
The majority here are fatfucks
>no self control
>not basic education on general health
Kill yourselves. All of you.
So have you only ever met fat people who eat these things? This must be an American thing. Elsewhere in the world, people of all sizes eat shit food. I also happen to know plenty of fat people who are stuck up about it and eat pretty healthily (mostly women).
I was pushing 350 before I started giving a shit about how much I consumed, but I've still got a good 40 more pounds to lose before I consider a realistic end goal.
Soda was the huge reason for so much gain, but the daily large pizza for myself and burgers didn't help much.
