americlap here- i generally eat a banana with a strong cup of tea in the morning, and if it's around i'll add a yogurt or a bowl of plainish wheat cereal for breakfast

the cereal that's actually bad for you is mainly fed to children here because we love chemtrailing ourselves and addicting ourselves to sugar by the time we're six fucking years old

(i think the actual logic is that lazy parents can't force their brat children to down eggs and toast every morning so they just feed them this shit instead because they'll gobble it up and they can say they fed their kid breakfast before school)

I eat frosted shredded wheat because it's the god-tier ratio of sugar to wheat.

My usual breakfast is a hotcakes (pancake with maplesyrup mixed in so you don't have to pour the syrup on it) covered in powered sugar and walnuts or pecans. Sometimes I eat it with fruit juice too. Usually, I have it with lil' links (miniature sausages) and an egg.
I only eat candy for lunch.
