What do people generally make for lunch? I need some ideas for lunch.

Today i had a salad consisting of lettuce, a whole tomato, jalapeno, shredded cheddar, diced chicken and a dressing made from honey garlic/chipotle mayo. I also had a naan panini with turkey and provolone.

I mash up hard boiled eggs with mustard and mayo. If I've got it, I'll also dice up half a dill pickle and a fresh jalapeno. Spread on bread or eat as is

Hardboiled eggs or a chunk of salami and a container full of roast vegetables. The vegetables are flavored with whatever seasoning I happened to fancy when making them. Sometimes a bit of honey and/or soy sauce as well.

I can't remember the last time I ate a lunch. Ever since I started taking medication, I've timed my dosing with meals. That means I only eat every 12 hours. Morning and evening.

I suppose if I was forced to give an answer then the only thing consumed between breakfast and dinner would be beer.

I'll usually have a light sandwich, typically fried/boiled egg or tuna, with a piece of fruit and yogurt. BBQ tuna has been my thing lately.

If I'm on the go, then I'll just grab a protein bar.
