As a poor college student minced beef is a cheap and filling staple but i'd be lying if the endless stream of burgers and bolognese/meatballs wasn't getting boring. What are some other good meals I can make with mince meat

tacos/burritos were a staple for a while, shepards pie was fucking ruined by my mom making utter shit ones. never had meatloaf but it sounds pretty good

Going to be using meat a lot? Get a slower cooker and become legend among your friends. Got meat? Toss it in some Chili on low. Roll em into meatballs, mix it into spaghetti sauce, eat it raw because its manly.

I've heard the legends of the slow cooker alright, how much would one set you back?
with things like meatloaf and chili, you can mix ground pork/sausage with ground beef. i don't know where you live, but where i am, ground pork is a lot cheaper. if you like indian spices, you can make lamb keema. you can use beef instead of lamb, though obviously a hindu person would not be too happy about that substitution.

Here's a few ideas
>Lasagna (sub cheese for cheaper alternatives like a bechamel or cottage cheese)
>Chili with beans
>Stuffed cabbage rolls
All very cheap and very tasty. That's the goal right?

Elaborate on the cabbage rolls please

Lasagne should be with bechamel. Those ricotta layers make me feel sick
