I like cooking and serving everything upside down.
When cooking fish, I remove the skin and bake it skin-side-up.
When I roast chicken, I do so upside own.
While baking a pie I removed the crust and placed it upside down halfway thru the baking process.

I purchased a birthday cake for my dad. I dissembled the 2 layers, flipped the top layer, and replaced it before flipping the whole cake, so it was upside-down and inside-out.
My dad said it looked like I dropped the cake on the ground and tried to put it back together before serving it, he was OK with it tho.
Anyone else notice food tends to taste better when it's cooked and served upside-down?
