Baked wings are the best.
With honey garlic always apply lure honey and broil to give a crusted top. You guests will love it
Baked wings are my go to whenever I pass by them and they're on sale. I like to dredge them in flour and bake on a rack for dat crisp. If I don't make my own buffalo sauce then I'll do honey sriracha or Chef John's garlic parm
I boil mine first then bake to remove some of the fat so they crisp better in the oven.
I know, it was a little thick. Still trying to develop a good sauce. These were a little less messy.
I read a yelp review of a southern style restaurant last night. Some hipster dick head wrote that the service was super friendly and everyone was really nice. He said the food was excellent but he was only giving them 3 stars because it didn't seem authentic enough.
