I don't like Jimmy Johns

Yeah, I had worked at both Subway and BK and was surprised to find out Subway uses bagged lettuce. Even BK would get in fresh heads of lettuce to chop up.

My Subway store was atrocious at thawing things and would constantly use the neighboring foodstall's industrial steamer to "thaw" things and would end up cooking the shitty frozen beef even more. Our store would also freeze bread to use three days later.
It was gross.

Subway is fucking repugnant. I'd rather eat KFC than this dog shit. Plus they removed bacon and ham from a store near me so I guess they went halal. More reasons to never buy from them.

I've never gagged when eating a cheese burger from any fast food place.

I've gotten sick from memeway before so I never go.

Subway literally makes me angry. even though I don't like McDonalds, I have never felt the level of aspie rage I feel about Subway

Worked at subway, food prep procedure was only followed when health inspector came around. I complained to the owner, she brushed me off and shortened my hours. I started taking pictures of the meat sitting warm for hours then she started giving me more hours and giving me a sob story of how hard it is to get her employees to work and how the produce company she orders from sends her rotten onion(which she uses anyway). At that point I was pretty disgusted and quit. I don't even know if I should bother reporting the health code violations and pictures.

Protip: any chain restaurant has bagged sauces, dough, meats, pasta, and veggies. The only way you're going to have a 'good' and 'wholesome' meal is at home or at an overpriced restaurant that clearly states everything is local and fresh.

Im sorry. My complaint was the food was honestly rotten and the owner does not care to follow proper food handling procedure. I'm not ignornt about how food comes preprepared and packaged. Also have her fridges were broken and registered at 50 degrees and wouldn't do anything about it until I took a picture of it. I also pulled out a wrapped Teri chicken that smelled awful and sour and we argued in front of the customer that I was not going to serve it and then she got mad took the whole container and dumped it out into the trash can like a mad cunt.

The only thing that they always have, is shitty employees. It's either the 6 month pregnant chick that is too busy trying to get ahold of her babby daddy, or the stoner fucks who chuckle every time you ask to have it toasted, the half-wit, or the bread smasher.

I was nearly hospitalized for food poisoning from Norovirus.

The Health Department interviewed me, saw I had eaten from one of the "Hot Spot" Subways, a place that I'm told gets more than 6 cases of food-poisoning complaints a year.

It still can't be shut down because Subways sends in herds of Lawyers whenever a Health Department tries to shut down a bad Subway.

The Lawyers get the staff re-trained, and the shop cleaned to like-new condition and get the shop re-inspected and it passes... for a while... then it's back to food poisoning shit-ville again.

Bro at Health Department clued me in how these things work; if it's a "fresh" uncooked green vegetable or a cooked item that wasn't cooked to your order while you wait, don't eat it.
