That pasta makes me think it could be Beef Stroganoff, but that's not necessarily what this is depicting - any variety of beef and/or mushroom-based sauce would appropriate.

No idea mate.

Onion Gravy is common here in Bongland but I've never seen it with pasta before, that's not to say it can't be done. No idea about the citrus.
