Why are the yolks solid? News for you pal, you was conned. This is how a Scotch egg should be.
If you don't completely hardboil the egg, the egg doesn't cook all the way through even when you fry the sausage around it. And for that pic if you notice the sausage is fairly pink.
Haha you bought food there? I never see people eat there. It's mainly a drinking hangout place when we go.

except that you are not the real /ck/ dollar, that mark does not match the original, it was more of a dot shape than a chilli pepper shape. Also the mint ID doesn't match. so FUCK OFF
Seen pictures like this before. Is it possible to get a yolk of that size to still be runny when the dish is served? I'm not sure how much of a factor (if any) size is in all this. Just figured I'd ask.
