Pls help me /ck/ I live alone and need ideas for healthy, tasty, and relatively cheap meals. Ideally I wanna be spending the least amount of time shopping/cooking so if I could make like a week worth of food that would be great.

Fry some garlic in a pan and add a brown onion or two, brown some mince if you like, diced tomatoes, lentils, etc etc.
I used to pull this card when I was studying and had less time for cooking, its not something you should ever serve to someone else though.
