Please suggest some healthy dishes that are easy to make.

lentil stew

8 ounces of lentils, 1 large onion, 2-4 cloves of garlic, 2 celery stalks, 2 carrots, 1/4 head shredded cabbage. saute chopped onion, garlic, carrot and celery in some butter or oil. cook fresh ground black pepper, bay leaf in oil for a minute or so. add lentils and cover with water or stock. add cabbage, simmer until lentils are tender and stew is thickened. add salt and lemon or vinegar. serve with grilled cheese if you want a more filling meal (grilled cheese isn't unhealthy unless you eat too much, like anything else)

Probably not too healthy but if youre just too lazy to bother it is more healthy than stuffing yourself with candy
