Our oven takes 5minutes 30 seconds to cook a pizza. So if its an easy pizza to make, it can be ready within 7 minutes. Ten minutes isnt unreasonable to cook a pizza depending on what kind of pizza it is.

Yes, it's enough kcals for one day for most normal sized people, but not for several days.

This is why I can't understand how people can be fat. You can eat one large pizza a day, you could eat two big macs or some shit a day and you'd still loose weight then even with a sedentary lifestyle, since RDI is like 2500kcal for a grown man.

This, can confirm. Sure, most fatties also eat huge portions, but even if you did that getting really fat would be hard, mainly because at a certain point your maintenance calorie intake increases due to the size of your body, like, a guy who weighs 350 would have a RDI of over 3000.

Now, the reason I chose 350 as an example is because that used to be my weight. I got that way by, as stated above, eating huge portions of shitty food. But more importantly I chugged down 2-3 liters of Coke per day and ate lots of fatty and sugary snacks. Simply by cutting out these extras I started to loose weight, albeit slowly.
