I used "some kind" because it could take several forms, there are so many choices of sweeteners and acids, and side notes to throw on top as well. He could go with lots of Asian based flavors, then there's "American," probably plenty of ways to get Hispanic flavors in there too. Just clarifying, not even trying to argue. You should legitimately name your store Nugger's.

As for ideas, just make nuggets made from chicken, pork, beef, etc. and make all kinds of sauces. Then let the customers customize what they want to go with it, including side dishes.

Decent quality, freshly made stuff like maybe a variety of fresh slaws, potato salad, mac and cheese, maybe rice pilaf or some kind of wild rice thing, fresh cut waffle fries, hush puppies, fried okra. Maybe some biscuits or yeast rolls too.
