Need ideas for my fast food store I wanna start. what are some good flavours for nuggets? Sauces too
I wanna have the best tasting nuggets, not just chicken
>Some kind of sweet and sour would be third.
>tfw the only places near me that have sweet and sour for their chicken is Wendy's and McDonald's
>Hardees used to but now they only have BBQ sauce as their only available sauce
Beef cubesteak bites with sesame seeds in the breading
Pork cubes marinated in lemon and mint, tarragon yogurt sauce
Tempura onion petals with eel sauce
"vegan nuggets", it's just falafel
I used "some kind" because it could take several forms, there are so many choices of sweeteners and acids, and side notes to throw on top as well. He could go with lots of Asian based flavors, then there's "American," probably plenty of ways to get Hispanic flavors in there too. Just clarifying, not even trying to argue. At the moment I could go for an orange ginger sweet and sour with my tendies!
Spicy pepper and fruit combinations OP! (mango habanero)
Unbleached flour breading(local produce)
Turn other meats into nuggets!
Deer nuggets, steak nuggets, duck nuggets, alligator nuggets and fish nuggets
Does OP want a southern suggestion? As your carb loaded side: fried grits sticks, with accompanying dipping sauces. If everyone gets all haughty about it, call them polenta and charge about 1.5 times more! Sounds like I'm joking, I'm really not.
You should legitimately name your store Nugger's.
As for ideas, just make nuggets made from chicken, pork, beef, etc. and make all kinds of sauces. Then let the customers customize what they want to go with it, including side dishes.
I would probably go to a place like this, provided the nuggers were made fresh and dredged/battered right before cooking.
Decent quality, freshly made stuff like maybe a variety of fresh slaws, potato salad, mac and cheese, maybe rice pilaf or some kind of wild rice thing, fresh cut waffle fries, hush puppies, fried okra. Maybe some biscuits or yeast rolls too.
To go with the suggestions of like the typical asian sauce and mexican based sauces, maybe something curry based? A nice tikka masala sauce mite be gud if you're going for having a lot of flavors
