Stop buying cauliflower, then. Buy cheaper/more nutritious veggies like carrots, spinach, tomatoes. Buy legumes, beans, potatoes, oats, rice. Buy at Costco, or bulk stores. Don't buy at Safeway/Superstore/whatever. Buy eggs, they are cheap and high in protein.
