>>7279518
yeah :/ some stores have stopped selling the ones without added sugar because not enough people bought them. it might be easier to just buy all the ingredients separately and mix your own.

I don't fuck with cereal for breakfast. I only eat cereal late at night when I'm stoned. Sometimes I'll get out of bed and have a bowl of cereal at like 3 in the morning, even though, I believe, it gives me ulcers. These days I've been having rice crispies mixed with frosted flakes energy, and a dash of cinamon toast crunch. Whole milk of course. Fuck, I love cereal!

usually I buy some sort of granola from Cascadian Farms, Kashi, Nature's Path or something like that.

milk of course. skim though for cereal since you don't really need the extra fat because of all the sugar. I like to drink 2% plain though.
>>
>>7282291
Uh oh, better not say that, otherwise people on the internet will judge your maturity for eating something sweet.

>tfw you are a fussy eater
>can only eat things with cereal

Fucking sucks man, I don't want to eat cereal but without the texture I don't feel right eating anything you know? Its like how I carry my DS everywhere because vidya comforts me.

My last 10 eats/drinks, which is what I've had in the last 24 hours

>Tea with cookie crisp pieces swimming inside

>Jacket Potato with Lucky Charms (Dinner in Dublin as I call it lel)

>Bag of Dorito cheese flavor, with Apple Jacks to offset the cheese

>Coke and frosties

>Vanilla Coke and Cinnamon Crunch

>Bacon Sandwich with Flintstones fruity pebbles cereal, I pretend I am eating a dinosaur

>Banana and Raspberry and Captain Crunch smoothie

>Large stuffed crust cheese pizza, I stuff the crust with Trix, this is an attempt to fix my issue because I get anxiety when I can't see the cereal and bite into the crust to calm myself

>Cheerios, large bowl

>Reeces Pieces cereal

Annoying as fuck

These babies with cold half&half.

If you stopped eating breakfast cereals and replaced them with something less heavily processed, you will likely be surprised at the improvement to your health. Eating this junk first thing every day is a terrible habit.

I only have a cup of coffee for breakfast. However I've replaced chips with dry cereal and lost about 20 pounds already, so I do love me some cereal. Multigrain cheerios are god-tier.

Only if I have enough money, though. These things cost a fucking fortune and are gone in less than a week.

If I'm feeling particularly Jewish, I'll just have cornflakes.

Oatmeal and black coffee because I'm not a faggot.
>>

Thank you, Hawking.

Whenever I buy cheerios I always get more than one flavor so I can eat them together. I feel bad for being in my twenties and never experiencing cereal mixing earlier. A bowl of choco-banana cheerios is GOAT.

Normally I just eat strained yogurt mixed with a little granola or cereal though.
>>
>What cereal do you eat for breakfast? Milk, or no milk?
I don't, but if I did it would be the shady, off-brand cinnamon toast crunch, with milk, because I'm evolved enough to be able to digest lactose as an adult.

I know that I probably have an ED but honestly aside from being autistic as fuck, does this diet hurt me in any way?
>breakfast
two slices of whole-rye bread and coffee+milk
>lunch
huge portion of vegetables (broccoli, brussel sprouts, carrots, etc) at the university's canteen
>dinner
bowl of quark, diced fruit, raisins, peanuts, muesli and applesauce

It's not like I don't eat anything else, but I rather am too lazy to do much. Calorie-wise it seems to be fine as I am neither gaining nor loosing weight.
>>
>>7288979
Weet-Bix is the GOAT cereal. I like to have 5 or 6 with honey and plenty of milk.
>>
>>7288993

Usually some honey oat shredded wheat, unless I'm not feeling insecure that day about being a fat manchild, in which case I'll get some goddamn Fruity Pebbles, avoid any checkout lines with pretty girls, then go home and eat the whole box that day
