noodle seasoning + slice of leek + hot water + a bit of seaweed.
It's making me feel very full, so I suspect it's either fattening or the hot water mess with my mind. It's basically a broth with some vegetables, Which shouldnt be much over 70 kcal. Am I wrong and a fatfag?
(Also, sorry if it's supposed to be /fit/ but as it's a meal , and not really a workout-one I figured this was more fitting.)
