start with a warm pot but to prevent burning the potcakes you'll need to heat the pot gently.
pour about a cup water in the pot and heat it in the microwave on high for 90 seconds. the water will heat the pot.
then dump the water and pour in your potcake mix. watch it cook slowly and evenly (should take about two minutes).
