Ribeye steak, garlic-parmesan roasted broccoli, cheddar cornbread, and garlic hassleback potatoes with herbed sour cream.
I think I win the dinner contest tonight.

broccoli needs work
You certainly do
You also win the most expensive lonely meal of the week

>burnt broccoli
Does your kitchen not smell like ass?
>>7276374
He probably cooked fresh broccali at the same temp hes used to cooking frozen broccali.
>>7276374

/Reddit/
This is now a burnt broccoli thread
>>7276355

I think he did well on the steak for medium.
But medium rare is master race
I had about half of a turkey that I roasted a few nights ago leftover, so I used the whole carcass to make a broth, added some cream and herbs/spices, added back in the meat I picked off the bones, along with some pasta and white beans.
I also made a couple baguettes from scratch.
While I was doing this I also made a frozen pizza and started a thread about it, and now people are yelling at me and asking why I come to the food and cooking board if I'm just going to post pictures of a frozen pizza being reheated.
I guess next time I'll take pictures of the shit I throw together from leftovers, which seemed pretty uninteresting at the time.

He never said the steak was medium.
>>7276386
Yes, the meme must die
>>7276494
what if they're just good? have you even had them before?
>>7276355
>hassleback potatoes
Man, that's borderline between reddit tier shit and something really good, you win this time.
>>7276493
If he crisped the corners like that for anything other medium, then he either burned it (medium well) or cooked it too slow (well done).
OPs dinner looks great.
You picky fucks just like shitting on something decent. Meanwhile some fatass is posting another thread about donuts or the best snack cake you buy in bulk at Walmart or how terrible ja/ck/ is for the millionth time. As if no one with two eyes and a YouTube account doesn't realize what shit looks like.
Are you sure about that, OP?
More to come tomorrow! I'm drunker than Texas truck driver at the gun range!
IDK, OP.
IMO, I definitely won dinner tonight. But, that was over 5 hours ago, so I don't have any pictures to show you.
Anyway, I bought some sashimi grade hamachi and otoro at the fish market, and made a platter of sashimi resting on shiso leaves, paper thin lemon slices, and topped with a chili/abalone/tobiko/seaweed mixture. Served with some pickled wasabi, Japanese cucumber, and pickled ginger. Also had some dango, but I bought that.

Half a pound of boiled brussel sprouts.
Well there was half a pound, but I was in a snacky mood so I ate half before boiling.
I think I Win.
>>7278234
>boiled
That's how my mom made them.
>don't ask
>>7278249
Mine too, I know you can make them a ton of ways, that butter and bacon baked version's great , tonight I just really craved pungent boiled till yellow "grandma" sprouts.
