I haven't had spam since I was a kid, my grandparents loved cooking with the stuff. Realized just how much sodium was in that shit as I got older and haven't touched it since. A quarter can of spam is more or less your entire day's recommended salt intake. Guess that can be said for the majority of all fast food too, though.
