What does Kangaroo tastes like? Horse? Moose? Shrimp?
Is it widely available in Australia?
It tastes like kangaroo. It's a lot closer to beef and horse than it is to prawns and pork.
It's very very lean, also like horse, so you have to be careful not to overcook it.
I'd use it instead of beef a lot if it were cheaper, but I don't live anywhere near Australia so for me it's not.
Coco is a fruit.
