as I say in all soylent threads I post in though, fuck buying it. Making an alternative yourself is much cheaper and actually can be fitted to your personal dietary needs, many recipes can be found at https://diy.soylent.com/recipes

personally I use https://diy.soylent.com/recipes/brets-soylent-oat-rice-complete-low-price for 2/3 meals a day, or if I'm busy for all meals and have had good success.
