I rarely get steak. Haven't had veal or pork that impressed me. Liked this one salmon I got blackened but it wasn't the salmon, but the seasonings I got.

so, first steak, then salmon (probably), then pork. Chicken is shit always.

Scallops, tuna or NY Strip steak. Filet is too soft, it's not my perfect.

Best meat I've ever had was a middle eastern style rack of lamb ribs with couscous

My favourite cut of meat is pork belly. I think its wonderful and very versatile. However, im not sure pork is my favourite meat. Im not really sure what my favourite would be.

I have been cooking goose lately (pic related) and that was great. Im not sure how available it is here though, especially when its not around christmas.
