What do you do with your lemons? Are there specific things you use them for, or is it just a generic spice? I squirted half of one into some tacos I made earlier but didn't really notice much of a difference. Lemon with water cured my coke addiction though.
For a couple "cream of ____" type soups I make i'll juice half a lemon and pour that in at the end. makes a nice counterpoint to the sweet creaminess that the, well, cream adds. (actually been using coconut cream instead of dairy alot recently, shit's pretty tasty and also cheaper)
Whiskey sours and salad dressing is pretty much all I use them for, for cooking I usually use limes, but I cook a lot of asian food.
Lemon curd tart is god tier if I feel like being a fat cunt
