Anyone had this happen before...
I ordered the meatball on white bread. She started to put it in the toaster, and I told her I didn't want it toasted. She said, "I have to toast it to make sure the meatballs are cooked all the way." I told her that I didn't want the food if she was going to toast it, and I left.
I like the meatballs to steam the bread and make it soft. Toasting it turns the bread into a crumbly, crunchy mess. Blech.

Subway is completely underrated. Virtually all the criticism of Subway is completely unfounded

What is 'fresh'? Are vegetables plucked out of the ground fresh? Of course but they aren#t cold and firm because they haven't been treated. They are warm and soggy from the cool air. Subway uses the freshest veggies possible, from the Banana peppers plucked from Subways very own greenhouses to the red onion that emerges from the soil in Subway's very own private veggie gardens.

No it isn't. The meat is fine sliced deli meat. In the morning the meat is hand cured by the sandwich artists in each restaurant and then sliced and placed into the containers. If you don't like the taste I'd suggest you've had a few too many processed McDonalds patties. For me, a sub full of freshley cured Subway meatballs is the closest a person can get to eating a wild giraffes neck as it is so gamey and fresh

The servers aren't servers, they are focussed on making sandwiches. If you think the server put too much mayo in your sub then you are the one who needs to learn, as the sandwich artist is trained and knows exactly how much mayo belongs in that sub. Maybe next time you should order fewer veggies because the Sandwich artist knows that mayo prevents the slightly bitter farm flavour of the fresh picked veggies from overwhelming the balanced and salty meats
