Cutting up a dozen carrots cucumbers or apples can be a big pain in the ass. Do you use anything other than a mandolin board? I'm looking for easy to clean and durable over any fancy features.

I have a Bullet Express I was gifted. It's not bad, but it's such a kick in the nuts to clean, that I only pull it out when making food for parties.
The food processor portion of it sees a little more use. Mostly for making Hummus and Baba Ganoush

I have a mandoline, but in the time it takes to get it out, set it up and clean it after I can have the job done with the cleaver, so I usually stick to that.
