Critique my Recipe: Italian Stuffed Chicken Breast (spinach/cream cheese) in Blackberry Wine/Radish Butter Sauce
At least say how you seasoned the chicken, because at this point you have bland with bland with bland, sitting in a pool of pepto bismol with a tacky scallion garnish that would be awkward and unbalanced to eat.
I'm an autist and forgot to post recipe:
1 Chicken Breast
2.5 oz Spinach
1.5 oz Cream Cheese
4 Medium Radish
2 Tb Blackberry wine
1.25 Tb Butter
1/2 Tsp Paprika
1/2 Tsp Italian Seasoning
1/4 Tsp Salt
Flatten/Butterfly breast and add spinach/cream cheese
Roll Up Tightly
Sprinkle all sides w/ paprika, salt and seasoning; Bake at 400 for 20 min
Saute diced radish in butter/wine
Strain into sauce and plate
your plating design is very retro, like pictures from recipe books printed in the 80s. I would try to make the design more simple if this is to be sold to customers. Can't really critique without tasting.
I don't mind the presentation but the recipe doesn't really tingle my taste buds.
OC is always welcome. Just don't get discouraged when anons are hyper critical, or just plain mean; we'd still rather yell at each other's OC than have nothing other to do than hide/filter fast food and e-celeb spam.
