There is no cheese called "blue cheese", or "bleu cheese". There's Stilton, Roquefort, Gorgonzola...lots of cheeses that have veins running through them. None of them are just called "blue cheese", or "bleu cheese".

The *classification* of those cheeses may be "blue cheese", but in French that would be "fromage bleu". Because, you know, one is English and the other is French, and those languages use different words and shit.
