A quesadiller and a salad because I don't want to go to the grocery store or defrost anything
>Get home from work, 30 minute walk felt like it took hours
>Cook a huge pot of anime-tier kare raisu and have a big bowl of it with jasmine rice
>For dessert, a swig of advocaat straight from the bottle
>Curl up on my couch and start shitposting
Have I achieved ultimate comfort?
This is the curry, in potato resolution.
I had to sub chicken stock instead of beef because it's all I had, so it's a bit more golden in colour. I made the curry roux myself.
Haul from HEB
Inside out California roll, cucumbers, and the peppermint chobani
Left over carbonara from last night, put some chili on it from a few days ago

On kind of a budget this week.
Desperate times calls for desperate measures.
Pad Thai from a Thai joint near me, I'm a cheap date and only just discovered that they deliver.
Leftover shit plus what I have left in the pantry. Very cold outside, don't feel like going out.
Tuna croquettes, smashed garlic red potatoes, asparagus I cooked 2 mins too long. And Caesar salad with homemade dressing. Yogurt dill dipping sauce for tuna, had to get rid of yogurt.
It isn't great, but it tastes okay.
The Waaaaambluance has been called for you.
Last time I checked. It was so cold my one dog that's a bitch was being so pathetic we had to carry him inside. I wanted to make this yesterday when it was 40 out, but got sidetracked with some lazy stoners that wanted to order pizza.
Keeping heads high makes them hungry. Getting high with them makes you hungry too, and makes you cook the fucking food on the day after you were actually going to. You have fresh ingredients on deck? Fuck it dude. The weather will hold out until tomorrow, it's only cooking the meat in juice that you will actually use.
Getting dickered on lunch break at the local Mexican joint
