The perfectly seasoned McChicken patty has just the right amount of pepper, it's not spicy and not meant to be, but it doesn't lack in flavor, as it is also crisp and biteful on the outer and soft but firm on the inner, unlike the overly crumbly, soft, and watery BK chicken patty. This, in combination with the shredded salad and delicious McDonalds mayo makes for a perfect match on the nice toasted bun.

I just put it on rice and pan seared tofu. Making my mouth water just thinking about it, haven't had it in a long time. No idea what recipes would use it. Most of the Chinese dishes I make use a doubanjang(fermented chili/beans) or the like as a base rather than the flakes in oil

The first time I ordered and actually ate 5 McChickens from McDonalds. I felt really bad about it.
