Mesclun salad with roasted meat(s) or duck confit is my absolute favorite meal.

Europe has dire meat shortages so big companies run massive ad campaigns normalizing mass consumption of fruit/veggies. Euroshits are either so ignorent of this crisis or are actively playing along with the misinformation campaign that they frequently feel the need to post "do Americans really eat meat with every meal" and "why don't Americans eat fruits and vegetables?"

In reality, our diet is much healthier because we only eat fruit/veggies when we crave those nutrients but a vast number of European families actually feed their kids entire meals of majority or even entirly vegedables/fruit.

Moreover, i exercise daily. I'm slim...I do drink Starbucks daily though. I go for walks...I try to eat relatively healthy. I have not be able to poop normally for 2-3 days (only just pebbles). I took some Phillips laxative recently...hopefilly that works? Im pissed because i eat really healthy and my bowel movements are always inconsistent.
