Oh, and apple sauce makes a great egg replacer for cakes. So does baking soda and vinegar. If you want a super easy, low calorie one pan no dishes cake, you can use one cake of soda + 1 box of cake mix, mix it up in the pan, pop it in the oven, and that's it. It makes a very light, fluffy cake that pairs well with strawberries and coconut whipped cream.

We had a food processor at McAlister's Deli when I worked there that made a really cool sound when the cucumbers went through it. I guess that would be my answer, if only because I don't use a wide variety of cutlery in my daily cooking.

I took some chicken breasts, stuffed em with a cream cheese and pesto mixture, breaded them, cooked one side in a pan, placed them in a baking dish cooked side up, and then cooked them in an oven for about 25 minutes. Next, I toasted the buns in the oven for a couple minutes. After that, I put some mayonaisse and grey poupon mustard on the bread, topped the chicken with swiss cheese, and then placed the chicken between the buns.

I like their white chocolate macadamia nut.

I like almost all the quest bars but my favorite is the s'mores.
