I tried Grappa in Italy and really liked it, but I'm clueless on what is good and bad. Anyone else have any experience with it?

another theory is that dairy and high levels of calcium and hormone fat causes gyno and swelling as well as bone decay due to leeching. theres evidence of that too.
i substituted meat with alternate plant based products which were just as tasty and less cholesterol.
overall: there's something in the meat and dairy due to commercialism and cutting corners.
