Cornmeal is coarsely ground. Corn flour is the same thing as cornstarch, it's extremely fine.

So about a week or so ago I posted a thread talking about how me and my boys love making meatballs together. I also talked about the upcoming meatball making tournament and how we were to battle the best meatballers this side of Texas.
Well we lost to them. We made a gigantic traditional 20lb meatball filled with cottage cheese,bologna and steamed carrots. They made a 30 pounder stuffed with mustard, hot dog chunks and ketchup and liqufied hamburger meat. It was a really crowed pleaser that they called " The Great American BBQ Ball" the mayor even gave them the Golden meatball trophy for it and the key to the city.
We were bummed and ended up having a meatballathon at my house for five days as an attempt to cheer ourselves up. It worked and we decided we will continue to take part in every Meatball Palooza till we finally beat the Meatball Boys and obtain the Golden Meatball we so very much deserve.

Get your cheese to room temperature before you cook it or it won't melt right. Use a medium heat and a dry pan -- too high a heat and the tortilla will burn, too low and it will get soggy. Don't put anything too moist in your quesadilla or it will come out soggy. I normally put a lid on the pan until I've flipped it, this makes the cheese bind everything together. Take the lid off after you flip so nothing gets soggy.
More crucially, use more than one kind of cheese (more than mozzarella) and serve with salsa or guacamole.

1. Use good quality flour tortillas. My local HEB sells fresh tortillas every day (no preservatives so they'll only last like 3 days). They're so fucking good, makes a huge difference in my quesadillas.

I used to adore the Snacker of KFC, it doesn't exist anymore.
I must say, I simply love fast food burgers, the same kind of taste and warmth cannot be recreated in the home
Especially when it comes to burgers with cheese, they say they just use American cheese, but their special lemon cheese is far different than anything you can buy in a supermarket, Kraft singles just taste like milk
