Polskie ogorki are the best pickled pickles that have ever been pickled.

Strong healthy striations, plump but not too soft, the flesh looks quite succulent. I bet it has a good snap.

BUT... it is only a dill and not a ZESTY DILL.
The Zesty Dillâ„¢ has a spice and fantastic flavor that is sure to make any sandwich a smashing success.
>>
The Zesty Dillâ„¢ is so pickley it will make you kick and scream for mercy as the flavor overwhelms you, and overwhelm you it will, don't believe me? Bite a mouthful of one and see yourself.

How should I cook these bitches up? I don't normally like them that much but they're about to go bad.

olive oil, pepper, fry at high heat, then turn it down to low. Meat thermometer to 165F. DONE.

Throw on some Tony's and Nature's Seasoning and throw them in some oil in a non-stick pan. Let them brown on each side. They'll develop a nice crust. Then make a simple roux with some of the fat left in the pan and add chicken stock. You'll have a nice chicken and gravy dinner to throw over some rice. I'd recommend throwing some parsley, dry or fresh, into the gravy near the end if you're trying to impress lady visitors.
>>

I usually pack them into a cast iron pan, add a splash of water, cover, and cook at 300F for 2.5-3 hours. When they're done, I strip the meat off (and burn the fuck out of my hands like a retard) and cover with stone-ground mustard. 2 thighs with 1lb of steamed salted peas and corn is my usual dinner with these.

I use Vegeta as the stock for my stewed lentils which I eat whenever I have no meat so like once or twice a week. It's just a naturally occurring salt that's been concentrated, like any other salt don't use a lot if you value your health.

I went to McDonald's today and got a Filet-O-Fish combo with a bacon cheeseburger on the side. I was eating it in my vehicle in the parking lot and listening to an audiobook when I glanced up and saw the McDonald's worker I ordered outside having a cigarette.

She waved at me and I nodded and had to wait 7 minutes before she went back inside and I could eat in comfort again. I don't think that employees should be bothering or even trying to socialize with customers outside of the McDonald's restaurant or drive through, but that is another story.

I went to McDonald's for dinner tonight and got a McChicken combo with a bacon cheeseburger on the side. As I was driving to the second window the same girl was still working. She was acting somewhat obsequious and attempting small talk when she asked, 'why don't you come eat inside instead of in the parking lot where it is cold'.

That really bothered me for many reasons. First of all, I don't want my routine or actions to be tracked by a fast food employee. Secondly, she should not try to tell me how I should live my life. I do not want to eat inside because I find it less comfortable and would much rather be inside my vehicle listening to an audiobook and enjoying myself and my privacy.

Overall, I think it was very unprofessional to bring this up. I should have a clean slate with each drive through visit, not have to get the third degree because I committed some sort of faux pas. Which I don't think I did, because I often see people eating in fast food parking lots. How does she know I am not busy going to work or somewhere in a rush?

How do you feel about eating in your vehicle in the parking lot of a fast food restaurant versus eating inside the restaurant?

Is it really superior to dried yeast? What's the taste difference between bread made from dried yeast, which you can get from your local groceries and bread which has home made natural yeast?

Longer rises and older, active yeast has a bit different flavor than a quick rise and starters generally have lactobacilli in them.

Ice cream operates strictly by diminishing marginal returns - every spoon after the first is worse than the last. If you weren't a depressed fat fucker than it's really 10 servings per container.

What brand of jams/fruit spreads do you guys enjoy? I've been addicted to PB&Js recently, and this fruit spread is, by far, the best I've found.

I can't imagine some Smuckers shit is the best thing going, though, so I'm looking for some recommendations that I might be able to find online or in Western Canada. For the record: This Double Fruit spread is not very sweet. The tartness of the raspberries is more apparent than any other flavour, which is excellent when matched with a slightly sweet peanut butter. As it's a fruit spread, it's also mostly fruit.

I've tried some of the organic fruit spreads, as well as a fancier French one, but they were all far sweeter than this Double Fruit shit.

I learned this from Mind of a Chef and never looked back:

Get some fruit: buy it, pick it yourself, whatever. Put the fruit in the bottom of a thick-walled saucepan. Put on very low heat then just let it cook for hours. Like 6. Or 8. Maybe more.

The fruit will reduce down making a fantastic preserve. Unless you have extremely tart fruit you won't even need to add sugar; the natural sugars in the fruit will concentrate as the moisture cooks off. You have literally one ingredient: the fruit itself. It couldn't be easier, and it tastes fucking amazing.
