Redpill my boipussi on sardines, i hear they're great. Yesterday i got a tin in tomato sauce, flaked it up in a bowl, added homemade oliveoil mayo, a chopped chilli salt & pepper and 5 drops of tobasco. Had it on a bed of lettuce and spinach.
It didn't taste too fishy at all. Am i doing it right?
Posting to fit too because i first heard about sardines on mind pump, a fitness podcast.

You're supposed to wipe the shit off with a dry towel. (Don't use water it will make the shell more permeable) there's also no way the egg gave you salmonella if you cooked it in boiling water. That's hotter than pasteurization temps. What you ate most recently is almost never the culprit if food poisoning.

I'm sure all of us absolutely hate wasting food. And I'm also sure many of us did that more than once.

What's your worst(or just bad) story of wasting food, and how did you manage to fuck up so badly?

For example I just wasted 1kg of lovely pork belly ribs because I kept going out drinking for the past few days and eating out, completely foretting about the meat.

No cheese thread? I'm honestly dissapointed /cock/.

I'm planning on going to Murray's in Manhattan to pick up an epoisses. You guys have any advice on them in particular? I've read washed-rind cheeses deteriorate quickest and that in general the softer the cheese the faster it goes bad. I'm looking at a 2 hour commute by public transit in humid 80s. I can bring ice packs and a lunchbox and pick up my cheese right before I head home.

Do you guys think they'll let me sample an eppoisses to avoid carrying an opened one home? And I'd appreciate any recommendations for sampling I should try. My favorite cheeses so far are strong like truffle injected and blue.
