Any ideas for something I can quickly shove down my gullet in the morning? I want something that's quick to prepare(or can be made ahead) and quick to eat. Being easy to eat is important because I have zero appetite when I wake up. I don't eat anything and then I get hungry and weak by lunchtime.

I'm thinking about just scarfing down some whole-grain bread to absorb the coffee and keep it from burning a hole in my stomach. Any other ideas besides eggs?

For me it's the potato salad, followed by a tuna-macaroni salad. What is your favorite salad /ck/?

For me it's the endive, pickled beet, walnut, goat cheese salad with balsamic vinaigrette.
I would also rank potato salad highly though, as my own recipe for it is fucking amazing.
>>
>>9139560
That's kinda vague man. There's lots of different styles of potato salad. I'm not watching your fuccboi video link either. Post recipes/ingredients where applicable.
>>9139607
That's better. But your potato salad is still a mystery.

Well? What'll it be, /ck/?

With Lymphoma. I'm half indian and have been vegetarian all my life. And now, at 33, I've been diagnosed with Lympoma.

I've been doing my own research for months now and found this:

>Long term vegetarian diet changes human DNA raising risk of cancer and heart disease
by Sarah Knapton

ong term vegetarianism can lead to genetic mutations which raise the risk of heart disease and cancer, scientists have found.

Populations who have had a primarily vegetarian diet for generations were found to be far more likely to carry DNA which makes them susceptible to inflammation.

Scientists in the US believe that the mutation occured to make it easier for vegetarians to absorb essential fatty acids from plants.

But it has the knock-on effect of boosting the production of arachidonic acid, which is linked to inflammatory disease and cancer. When coupled with a diet high in vegetable oils - such as sunflower oil - the mutated gene quickly turns fatty acids into dangerous arachidonic acid.

The finding may help explain previous research which found vegetarian populations are nearly 40 per cent more likely to suffer colorectal cancer than meat eaters, a finding that has puzzled doctors because eating red meat is known to raise the risk.

Most vegetarians don't "stay" vegetarian. Switching diets back & forth can wreak havok on on a cellular level.

Why are things like taco and nachos so well accepted but churro is apparently too Mexican and always gets shitposted whenever mentioned?

Because in mexico you serve tortillas with every meal and thus criticizing tacos is criticizing virtually every mexican dish ever.
Nachos, on the other hand, aren't mexican at all.

US friendo. Who cares what names or labels are, good beer is good beer. That can of On Fleek is an outstanding imperial stout, I've had it before. The rest is new to me besides Nuclear Hop Assault from Mikkeller.

Here, have something less colorful since that triggers you.
