I got a bunch of these and kinda wanna make something. Maybe tuna tostadas or sandwiches or a tuna salad. What do you guys like to make with it and how?
Here's what I do
Drain tuna
Put in bowl
Two heaping spoonfuls of mayonaise
Spoonful of pickle relish
Thinly diced onions
Sprinkle of garlic and black pepper
Mix it up well
Make toast
Spread on it and sandwich
Enjoy
One can will make two fat sandwiches, personally I call this invention of mine Tuna Stew on besandwiched Toast

Milo is my go to. It's not sickly sweet because it uses malt. I usually just blend it with a banana and a bit of ice. You can usually only find it in Asian or mexican stores.

Did it as a kid, my mom dragged me to meetings. Every time we went in we had to go to the receptionist who looked at my weight from the previous month and weighed me to see if I'd had any progress.
