Beyond the thousands & thousands of proven medical benefits of fresh, delicous 'bug free' vegetables, being a good vegetarian also supports America's hard working farmers.
So why aren't you eating your 12 servings of fruits and veggies every day?
Why aren't you killing yourself right fucking now?
>>9230161
According to V8 I drink 2 full servings of vegetables per cup. Checkmate cuck.

Texas BBQ masterrace checking in.
I have had BBQ from all over the South, and I do not understand why North Carolina has the worst BBQ.

Toured the Celestial Seasonings factory recently. Convinced me to look more into how my tea is made and how to prepare it better.
At the very least, they got free tea all day there. What's your favorite tea? Favorite infusion?

1. put on your nacho-making clothes
2. spread the chips out on a baking sheet
3. cover them with cheese
4. bake it in the oven until the cheese is melted
5. place the cheese-covered chips in a bowl and eat them.

I want to start experimenting with Indian food, curries, mostly but I'm worried that eating and cooking too much of it will make me stink permanently. Is this a legit concern or am I worrying about nothing?
I don't want to be a dick but there's a group of Indian people at work that always smell exactly like curry, even when they're not eating. Don't want to smell like that, desu.
>>9238179
Eating too much of any cuisine will alter your body's smell. Perspiration is directly affected by what you ingest. That's why a sober guy can smell like booze if they got trashed on their day off when they show up to work.
Try jogging with an asian guy, the BO with be really offensive because of what they ate.
>>9238179
its not permanent, but you will smell like that after cooking it for a while. it gets in your clothes
>>9238179
Some people smell like their houses, so you'll smell people who smell like their body odorous laundry piles, their smoke-in-the-house cat pee homes, greasy fishy fries, alcoholism rancid sweat odor, and yes, their diet too.
You will notice if you eat curry every day that you can smell cumin, turmeric and curry smells in your armpits, and even more so if you do not wear anti-perspirants or not shower frequently. My ex showered twice daily and pretty damn clean person, and the two days after eating Singapore noodles, the only curry they would eat, I could smell curry on him.
I'm planning to devour an entire pizza tonight ( preferably large ) but im also trying to watch my calories ( 1700 cal maximum ) . Which place should I order from? What should I get?

It bothers me that they flipped the colors but I also realize that primary colors are every logo. Probably autistic
Hey /ck/,
I have moved to a new apartment recently. After taking care of the usual moving stuff, I have turned my gaze upon the kitchenette. It is tiny - and I mean tiny. I cannot even fit in a proper stove, all I've got is a sink, a small fridge, a microwave and a hot plate I can barely boil water on. What kitchen equipment/apparatus would you recommend for me to buy so I can cook a decent meal? Installing a stove is not an option unfortunately.
I have a plastic "steamer" which I use to microwave steam veggies. It's actually super useful. I cook brocolli from frozen in 5 minutes. That's 50% of any meal I make. From time to time I try a /ck/ recipe, otherwise I just Bung some tomatoes, seasoning and pasta or rice together with veggies for a meal.
Alternatively get a slow cooker. I love coming home, chucking some dumplings into a stew I made that morning.
>>9238445
>slow cooker
Noted. Anything else?
I got a black and decker toaster oven for when I do need to bake. I also store it. Good for reheating or making a small thing of mac and cheese/cookies/ect.
They sell small enough pans on Amazon or at walmart.
I'm okay at cooking, and want to be better. what do i need to know/ be able to do to cook like I know what I'm doing.

How to cook?
>>9238248
well cooking isn't just knowing how to cook, it's knowing many skills that come together to make something and i guess I'm asking what you think the most useful skills are.
